Scope of Services. Through this Site, Alex Handyman Service markets and arranges Home Repair Service, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Plumbing Repair, Electrical Repair, Residential Landscaping, Hardscaping. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Alex Handyman Service may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Alex Handyman Service disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex Handyman Service's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Alex Handyman Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alex Handyman Service from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IL for any related dispute.
